About Us

Grainology Brewstillery is a craft brewery, distillery, and tasting room. It was founded by two people with a passion for creating craft beverages and sharing them with the community.

Besides the large indoor space created in a historic Batavia factory, you'll find a large patio to enjoy a delicious drink or craft brew. Weekly events such as movie and karaoke nights highlight the activities in the tasting room as well as live music and a variety of food truck popups.
