Vendor Applications Are Open for Winterfest Art Market 2025

BATAVIA, IL — Applications now open for Batavia’s favorite holiday art and artisan market! Winterfest Art Market, a festive shopping experience presented in partnership with Water Street Studios and Batavia MainStreet, will take place Friday through Sunday, November 14–16, 2025. Shoppers can expect an inspiring showcase of fine art and handmade goods, along with live entertainment, food, and drinks all weekend long.

Held throughout Water Street Studios and The Dock (150 First Street), the event takes over the entire northwest corner of the building, including beloved music shop Kiss the Sky. With more room, more vendors, and new extended hours on Sunday (10am–5pm), Winterfest 2025 promises a truly immersive holiday marketplace experience.

Winterfest Art Market 2025 Hours:

• Friday, November 14 – 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM 
• Saturday, November 15 – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM 
• Sunday, November 16 – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (NEW expanded hours!)

Applications for the 2025 Winterfest Art Market are now accepted!

Vendors may apply to participate for the entire weekend or be considered for our "Warm Weather Waitlist." If the weather cooperates, additional vendors will be invited to pop up outdoors in the alley in front of Water Street Studios on Saturday, November 15 from 10am to 5pm.
