Bruma Home Care is a locally owned, Illinois-licensed Home Services Agency (IDPH License #3003194) based in West Chicago, providing non-medical in-home care for older adults across DuPage, Kane, and Kendall Counties. We help seniors stay safe and independent at home with companion care, personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers), medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, respite for family caregivers, dementia and Alzheimer's care, overnight care, and 24-hour live-in support. We specialize in hospital-to-home recovery care after a hospital stay, surgery, or rehab.

What makes Bruma different is how we operate. When you call, the owner answers, not a call center. You get the same regular caregiver instead of a rotating cast of strangers. Care can usually start within 24 to 72 hours, and we offer a free in-home assessment. Our caregivers are background-checked, trained, and insured, and complete state-required training plus dementia care hours. We speak English, Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, and Punjabi.

Transparent pricing with no long-term contracts: hourly care from $30/hr, overnight shifts from $250, and live-in care from $550/day.
