Caregiver / Home Services Worker - Part-Time, $19-$22/hr (Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, Aurora, Elgin)

What you'll do: companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility), and hospital-to-home recovery support for older adults in their own homes.

Pay: $19-$22/hr based on experience. Paid training. Flexible part-time schedules: weekday daytime, evenings, overnights, and weekends available. Consistent clients, not a different house every day.

What we're looking for: at least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or family), reliable transportation, a clean background check, and a genuine respect for seniors. CNA or home care experience is a plus but not required. Bilingual (Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi) is a plus.
