New this year - the festival will run Friday-Sunday providing more opportunities for the whole family to experience the fun of Windmill City Festival! Other events include a carnival, 5K run, kids` run, water games, Quilt Show, pet parade, arts and crafts fair, beer garden and nightly entertainmenton the main stage!
