Stress Management for Adults

Adults interested in learning about stress management are invited to join TriCity Family Services for a seminar, “Stress Management for Adults” on Thursday, August 26, 2010 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. This seminar will be provided at the TriCity Family Services offices, located at 1120 Randall Ct.Geneva, IL 60134. Attendees will learn what stress is and when it becomes a problem, ways to de-stress, and prevention techniques. The Stress Management for Adults seminar will be presented by SheriO’Brien, MA, LCPC, Senior Clinician/Consultant at TriCity Family Services. The fee for thispresentation is $10.
