Attendees will learn what stress is and when it becomes a problem\, ways to de-stress\, and prevention techniques.  The Stress Management for Adults seminar will be presented by SheriO’Brien\, MA\, LCPC\, Senior Clinician/Consultant at TriCity Family Services.    \n\nThe fee for thispresentation is $10.
