Now’s your chance as Geneva’s acclaimed Niche Restaurant brings the best of the west to guestswith ‘A Taste of the West Coast’ on August 20th! Guests will have the opportunity to experiencethree unique varietal tastings from each of the five featured boutique vineyards, prepared by Nicheexpert Beverage Director Vince Balistreri. Delicious Niche culinary creations including hors d’oeuvres and small plates to share will transport taste buds and enhance the wine tasting experience! ‘A Taste of the West Coast’ featured vineyards include: • Oregon - Owen Roe Winery • Washington - Charles Smith Winery • Dry Creek Valley – Ridge Winery • Napa – Truchard Winery • Santa Ynez – Palmina Winery Each of the five stations will include both red and white varietals. Bottlesof boutique wines will also be available to purchase or order.
