Biography

Al Ritter is president of the Ritter Consulting Group. He is a leadership coach, professional speaker, and author of two best-selling books on leadership--Life is a Paradox and The 100/0 Principle. Al has consulted for the past 22 years across many industries in both the U.S. and overseas. He works with CEOs, other leaders and teams committed to achieving breakthrough results. Before starting his own firm, Al worked for Accenture, where he was recognized as that firm’s resident expert in leadership development, team building and corporate culture.
