Gibby's Wine Den ~ Waubonsee Food and Wine Pairing, Part I

Description

You'll start with the basics in this interactive class. Which wine "cools" down spicy foods? And which wine should you select with your salty foods? This is a fun way to use the senses and to experience the basic tastes of sweet, sour, salt and bitter and the interrelationships with wine. All class fees include a $5 coupon good for purchases made that day. Participants will sample 5 wines ateach of the two classes. Part II of this course will be held on October 4, from 4-7 pm.
