DESCRIPTION:You'll start with the basics in this interactive class.  Which wine "cools" down spicy foods?  And which wine should you select with your salty foods?  This is a fun way to use the senses and to experience the basic tastes of sweet\, sour\, salt and bitter and the interrelationships with wine.  All class fees include a $5 coupon good for purchases made that day.  Participants will sample 5 wines ateach of the two classes.
