What do big and small companies have in common? Every big company began as a small one. Why do small companies suffer from some of the same problems that plague big companies? Early successes that helped company growth have morphed into bigger challenges many company leaders are ill-prepared to tackle.
How does the quality of leadership affect organizational performance? How do you know you are doing the things that will help you succeed and your business grow? Nearly 70% of all businesses suffer from decisions and actions that will eventually derail them, including being over-managed and under-led.
