About Us

Since 1918, VNA of Fox Valley has been a not-for-profit community health organization dedicated to bringing healthcare wherever it's needed. VNA accomplishes this through our Home Health, Hospice, Community Wellness, Health Center and Pharmacy Services. Care is delivered in patient homes, at community sites, and VNA Health Centers, by a team of close to 200 physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, registered dietitians, medical social workers and support personnel. VNA provides a continuum of health care from prenatal to end of life care for people of all ages and socioeconomic levels.
