About Us

The Suncrest team is dedicated to bringing hospice services and recovery care directly to patients. The forefront of home health care lies with home health aides, who help carry out doctors? and nurses? instructions while also performing tasks around the patient?s home that allow them to remain safe and happy.

Our hospice care team consists of physicians, nurses, aides, social workers, therapists, and spiritual advisors. We are all committed to honoring the patient?s wishes, making them comfortable as they prepare to move on from this life, and providing support to their family members.

Registered nurses regularly visit patients in their homes to monitor their health, manage medications, change dressings, and perform other important medical tasks. Physical therapists help patients with rehabilitation exercises as they recover from an illness or injury. They also help make chronic conditions such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis, or Parkinson?s disease more manageable. Occupational therapists teach patients techniques to help them accomplish activities of daily living independently or with assistance. Speech therapists aid patients with difficulty communicating due to dental concerns, a stroke, a neurological disorder, or other issues. They can also help those with swallowing disorders. Social workers work with RNs to create a patient?s care plan, which includes the type of assistance needed and for how many hours each week
