Position Summary
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive service sales for industrial equipment—including spare parts, repairs, modernizations, and service agreements—in the Great Lakes territory. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys strategic selling, problem-solving, and working cross-functionally with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Execute service sales strategy within assigned territory

Identify and pursue new opportunities for service-related sales

Manage key customer accounts; serve as the primary point of contact

Visit customers regularly to present solutions and strengthen relationships

Provide quotes and follow-up for large spare parts, repair, and modernization projects

Support customer data accuracy and CRM records

Attend trade shows and events to promote service offerings

Collaborate with internal teams including Field Service, Engineering, and Sales

Share market feedback on competition and trends
Qualifications

5+ years of territory sales experience; industrial or service-related a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset

Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and within a team

Willing and able to travel up to 60%; some international travel may be required
