Experienced TIG Welders

Are you an experienced TIG Welder looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with competitive pay and long-term potential? We are currently seeking skilled TIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Aurora, IL. This is an evaluation-to-hire position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and attendance.

 Pay Rates

• Non-Certified Welders: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Certified Welders: $28.00+ per hour (based on experience)

 Available Shifts (Monday – Friday)

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

• 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

 Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on various metal materials according to blueprints and specifications

• Weld Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum with precision and consistency

• Inspect welds to ensure quality and structural integrity

• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures

 Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience required

• Experience welding Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum

• Certification preferred but not required

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
