Plumber

D&A Fox Valley Plumbing is a family run small business that prides itself in customer service and quality work in the Fox Valley area. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated licensed plumber or 3rd/4th year apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves working on various remodel, new construction and service plumbing projects. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes and fixtures.
• Installation of copper waterlines.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site.
• Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for transporting materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid, clean drivers license and reliable transportation required.
• Honesty & presentability.
• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Previous experience on construction sites.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Supply own basic hand tools.
• Uniform will be provided.
