Description
This unique, not-to-be missed experience combining yoga postures tuned to the vibration of the crystal singing bowls takes you deeper into your practice and deeper into yourself. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a curious newcomer, all levels of experience will benefit from this practice. The hour of asana poses and bowl playing is followed by a reiki savasana for each individual. Both Sandy and Mike are Certified Reiki Masters.
