Part Book club, part support group, Warrior Goddess Training brings women together to inspire change within. Over the course of four get-togethers, participants will be guided to reflect, share and implement skills learned from our reading of the book "Warrior Goddess Training: Become The Woman You Are Meant To Be" by Heatherash Amara. Our Program includes: A copy of "Warrior Goddess Training", four inspiring meetings at Shine Yoga, daily motivational and inspirational e-mails, group Yoga practices and sequences, supportive environment of like minded women, resources to help you on your quest, and a wrap-up event!
