Warrior Goddess Training Part II with Sandy Dixon, $75 6:30-8:30pm A new year beckons us to dive deep and uncover our habitual patterns so that we can grow in the direction of our truest desire. If you've been feeling the inner stirrings to make some changes in your life, this four week workshop can be used as your starting platform. Using Heatherash Amara?s Warrior Goddess Training Companion Workbook,we will dare the unknown together and bring about true personal transformation. Since transformation requires action, we will incorporate readings and reflections with daily practices and challenges. Examples include: emotion explorations, yoga and breathing sequences, gratitude exercises, and the creation of new taproots that nourish your growth. Part I is not a prerequisite. The group will meet on Sundays from 6:30-8:30 pm on the following dates: February 21, February 28, March 6 and March 13. $75 fee includes the Warrior Goddess Training Companion Workbook.
