Charcuterie Plate – Local salamis, artisan cheeses, crackers, house jam, and pickles
Second Course – Mixed greens with cider dressing, apples, cheddar cheese, and candied pecans
Third Course – BBQ carrots with herbed buttermilk ranch
Fourth Course – Ricotta gnocchi with brown butter, sage, and roasted butternut squash
Fifth Course – Red wine–braised short rib with root vegetables, Swiss chard, and creamy polenta
Dessert – Chocolate tart with salted caramel and whipped cream
