Join us for this Shine Adventure that begins with a moderate to easy 30-mile bike ride lead by Batavia?s premiere bike shop All Spoked Up and is followed by a 1 1/4 hour post-ride stretch in our beautiful riverfront studio. Enjoy a healthy power rebuilding snack and refreshing drink between the two.
