Boundaries have been a frequently discussed topic recently, but what do they mean in our lives?
Boundaries are commitment to oneself. Boundaries help establish a commitment to understanding and living by your values, letting go of resentments and expectations, gaining autonomy, self acceptance, and allow you to live your truth.
By setting boundaries and following through with your commitments you can forgive yourself for your past, learning to nurture yourself, establish equal relationships, maintain the promises you have set for yourself, and communicate with respect and intentionality towards others.
This workshop will consist of a variety of activities and methods to help you identify, understand, and commit to establishing boundaries.
Activities will include values exploration exercises, declaration of powers and duties, learning self acceptance and forgiveness, becoming in touch with your guardian self, engaging in parts work to increase awareness, and education on patterns of codependency.
We invite you to listen to your heart. The voice is always there, we are just here to guide you.
We look forward to seeing you at our Reclaiming You Workshop.
Hosted by Joslyn Barajas and Torus Center for Integrative Healing.
Investment is $72, please follow the link below to sign up & register.
Following the Workshop, we will be offering biweekly Groups on Wednesdays at 7pm for a 9-week period, starting May 15th. This Group will offer continued support and cover a different topic of priority for each week. Click here to learn more about the Reclaiming You Group.
