Join Sarah for an evening of sacred ritual and reclined meditation? venturing into the depths of the underworld to explore connecting with spirit guides and totem animals. Relax and enjoy an inward journey with drumming, chanting and guided visualizations. Please dress in comfortable clothing, bring a favorite pillow or blanket and any sacred items that you would like to place in your personal meditation space (crystals, jewelry, feathers, etc.). The first half hour will be for setting intentions, pulling animal medicine cards, and creating a comfortable space to relax in. The remaining hour will be for the drum journey. Relax? Explore?
