Newly returned from the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India where she was one of a select few invited to attend a 10-day intensive with Geeta Iyengar in celebration of her 70th birthday, Debra will present a three-part special event featuring the Iyengar Approach to Hatha Yoga in 2014. The new approach contains all the alignment intelligence for which the Iyengars are legend but with a new sense of dynamism and playfulness. Morning session 9:30-12:30 pm $30 Standing Poses, Back Bends $ Twists Lunch session 12:45-2:15 pm $20 Vegetarian Indian Lunch and Casual Q&A with Debra Afternoon session 2:30-4:30 pm $25 Forward Bends, Reclined Postures & Pranayama
