To celebrate two of life’ssweetest pleasures – music and food – Geneva’s acclaimed Niche Restaurant is offering an artistic culinary experience like no other. Niche will host two nights of Portuguese-influenced music by the distinguished Mary Hunt Duo, featuring Mary Hunt, vocals, Brandon Thies, guitar and Oliver Hunt, percussion on July 15th and 16th at 6:30 P.M. Most notably known for singing jazz and blues, the MaryHunt Duo will be showcasing two unparalleled nights of Portuguese-inspired music, performing the renowned music of Antonio Carlos Jobim, Luiz Bonfa, Chick Corea and Carlos Lyra. To not only compliment, but also enhance the musical experience, guests will have the opportunity to experience a uniquethree course Brazilian-influenced meal, prepared by Executive Chef Jeremy Lycan. Niche’s three course Brazilian-influenced meal will include: • A choice of soup or salad including: Soup of chorizosausage and mussels in saffron - heirloom tomato broth or salad of jicama and chayote dressed withorange vinaigrette and annato oil • A choice of entrees including: Fennel marinated and grilled pheasant breast atop Valencia rice risotto with heirloom tomatoes, grilled fennel and drops of watercress emulsion, Chimmichurri marinated Hanger steak skewered and grilled on goat cheese laced seared polenta with house made piri-piri sauce or Serrano ham wrapped Tuna filet on toasted coriander-whitebean coulis with roasted garlic & sundried tomato studded white beans and arbequenia olive dressed arugula • A choice of desserts including: Traditional Velhote, custard filled tarts with fresh berries or Valencia rice pudding with Maderia cookies Head to Niche Restaurant for an exquisite evening of fine food and fabulous music.
