Description
For the first hour, Tom will present on strengthening your nonprofit board. Topics include identifying, recruiting, orientating ideal candidates. He also will discuss industry best practices on leading boards for impact. In the second hour, we will have an open forum so people can bring up any questions they like, board-related or otherwise, for general discussion.
