Men’s Group

6-Week Program starting Tuesday, January 16th at 6:30pm

The purpose of this group is to provide men with a safe space and coaching to:

• explore modern masculinity
• cultivate meaningful and open relationships
• foster healthy vulnerability
• Improve authenticity and reduce the feeling of “impostor syndrome”
• Improve communication skills
• Identify and cultivate healthy male values and character strengths
• Enhance wellness through journaling, exercise and meditation

The group will meet for 60 to 90 minutes, once a week, for 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks, the group can split off into its own self-sustaining group or members can join the next session. Group size will be limited to 10 with priority given to new members. There will be 2 social activities during each 6 week session created by the group and facilitated by the coach.

The cost for the 6 week program will be $300. Men will receive a logo journal and receive discounts on personal training and individual coaching.
