Batavia MainStreet invites you to the inaugural “Cocktails on Clark”.

We have already launched into Spring in the Fox Valley and come May it is going to be even more beautiful. Enjoy the weather and the surroundings of Clark Island, right here in Batavia on the Fox River. The Clark Island Recreation area boasts paths for walkers, runners, joggers and bikers; baseball diamond; skate park; fishing area; picnic area and can now add Cocktails on Clark to its résumé!

“Cocktails on Clark” is a spin on the traditional Gala Fundraiser. It is a new community fundraiser, raising funds for community events and community business at an amazing community location”, remarks Chair Person, Jamie Saam, “This exciting outdoor evening will showcase Clark Island as well as the hard work and efforts that Batavia MainStreet contributes to make our downtown a place where we want to live, shop and play.”

Cocktails on Clark is dedicated to showcasing Batavia restaurants and is a unique opportunity to discover Clark Island, all while raising funds and awareness for Batavia MainStreet and their revitalization efforts for downtown Batavia.

This wonderful event will be held between 7-10pm on Saturday, May 19 and will feature Refreshments, Appetizers, Live Entertainment and an Auction. Food, drink, entertainment and auction items will all be provided by local restaurants, groups and vendors.
