Description
In this workshop, Jen leads us on an exploration of the true nature of fear, sorting out questions like "What is Fear?" and "What is its opposite?" We'll look at the mysteries of light vs dark and talk about the role of the ego in fear-based thinking. How does the media play into the epidemic of anxiety today? And most importantly, we'll learn how to choose differently and LIVE FEARLESSLY!
