Description

Designed for 6-10 year olds, children gain strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Perhaps more importantly, they will learn how to disconnect from a ramped up electronic age, de-stress from the busyness of their lives and tune in to their inner wisdom. Using traditional yoga poses as the springboard, children gain all the benefits the practice has to offer in a fun, non-competitive and compassionate manner. $10
