Explore the benefits in the body, mind and spirit.$45 Registration is required. December 1st 2:30-5:30pm Yoga Teachers and Trainees – Inversion Lead your students to greater self-understanding, awareness and compassion. Explore the art of assessment, identifying and correcting common and not so common compensations. Learn safe and effective adjustments. Practice the art of cueing and adjustments so your students will reap the benefitsof a lifelong practice. $45 Registration is required.
