This is the ultimate workout for your palate. Train your taste buds to pick out a variety of flavors, hone your sniffing skills, and use your eyes to tell the age of the wine. Impress your friends bylearning to taste like a pro. In the second class, move beyond the basics to a deeper understandingof terroir, varietals, and the balance of a great wine. Participants will sample wines at each session September 20 & September 27 at 7 pm.
