Aurora University's Human Resource Institute is a free, bi-monthly, networking group that meets at Aurora University's Orchard Center at 2245 Sequoia Drive in Aurora, IL. Attendees can expect to network with other professionals, enjoy a free continental breakfast, and grow professionally. This month's presentation is: Fairness and Equity through Just Culture Workplace situations are like finger prints - no two are alike! This program will offer a standardized investigation process, using elements of the "just culture" model that focuses on three duties balanced against organizational and individual values. Our speaker, Janelle Crowley, is the chief human resources officer, affirmative action and Title IX coordinator for the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
