People all over the world have been drinking tea, for thousands of centuries, and for good reason. Studies show herbal teas may help with stress, pain, sleep, immunity and more.

Enjoy teas and snacks while we learn about herbs for wellness. Make your own blend with guided instruction to take home for yourself or give as a gift.

In this condensed format, we will overview the fundamentals of tea making, highlight our favorite herbs for wellness, discuss why some herbs, like hemp, need special preparation, and how herbs combined work together for optimal results.

Led by Torus Integrated Healing member Cheryl Cryer, CryBaby Wellness and Sarah Ingram, eSCENTials Aroma.

Includes instruction, herbal teas & snacks to enjoy during class, recipe card, tea infuser, and full size made-by-you herbal tea blend. Additional products available for purchase.
