This course is designed to teach basic CPR and relief of choking skills for adults and children. Participants will also learn to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). First Aid techniques such as caring for injuries to muscles and bones, bleeding, burns, sudden illnesses, shock, and environmental emergencies are included. Successful participants will receive CPR/AED and First Aid certification that is valid for two years. This class will be held at the Aurora Campus of Waubonsee Community College.
