Created by Dayton-based yogi, beatboxer and guitartist Ben Rivet and vinyasa yoga teacher Tori Reynolds, GO W/ THE FLOW is a unique Yoga and music collaboration designed to get you out of your head and into your breath. The beat guides the breath, you guide the music. Vinyasa flow appropriate for yogis with some experience. Advance registration recommended. $25
