Gibby's Wine Den
Building upon the basic principals learned in Part I of Food and Wine Pairing, this course allows the opportunity to get specific on matching specific foods and menus to the right wine or range of wine. Learn the differences between which wine to select when it’s the same dish, only in a different sauce. Focus will be on specific dishes and specific sauces, as well as selecting the right wines foreach course of a multiple course meal. Participants will emerge confident in their ability to tackle most menu situations. This is a highly interactive class.
