What better dream can there be but a summer filled with wine tastings? At Gibby's Wine Den this summer each wine tasting will have a theme. This will encourage you to delve a bit deeper into the nuances of the region while enjoying a glimpse of the varietals from the area. The schedule is as follows: Summer Soirre – June 1 The big guy in domestic wine is Napa. The lineup will demonstrate whatto expect in a traditional Napa varietal. Remember, tasting wines is just one of the “summer” tastesfor the night! Kimmer’s Ice Cream will also be providing her version of summer!
