(Geneva) Business Plan Workshop - Part 2

A business plan doesn't have to be an academic exercise, and is NOT just for start-ups. This hands-on, interactive workshop will get you started on a business plan you can actually use. We will focus on two areas of business planning that most businesses struggle with: market analysis/strategic marketing and financial forecasting.

Join us as guest speaker Harriet Parker of the Illinois Small Business Development Center guides us through a 2-part workshop on developing (or updating) a business plan.

Optional: Bring a charged laptop if you prefer it to working on paper. The templates we will be using are MS Office, so if you are a Mac user, be advised. Printed materials will also be provided.

Time: 8:00 am - 9:30 am - both dates

Cost: Members - $25 for both sessions

Non-members - $25 per session
