Healthy habits benefit young minds and bodies and help to foster a strong sense of self inside and out! Together, girls learn to calm the mind and strengthen the body through yoga, taste healthy (and delicious) snacks, and explore their unique selves. Time to celebrate who you are and become one of the Generation Strong! For girls grades 4-8. Registration required.
