We invite you to celebrate the re-opening of the newly-expanded House of 423 with a fun Galentine's Day Grand Re-Opening event!
We will have an amazing raffle with prizes donated by area businesses. Proceeds from the $10 ticket price benefit Rising Lights Project. The nonprofit's mission is to "provide an environment where individuals with disabilities can thrive, learn, laugh, and engage with the broader community.
