Description
The Fox Valley Concert Band will perform a holiday concert on Tuesday, Dec. 8, at 7:30 p.m. at The Holmstad, located at 700 W. Fabyan Parkway, Batavia. The band is comprised of 80 volunteer musicians under the baton of conductor Colin Holman. The band has been a favorite among Fox River Valley music aficionados since it was founded in 1983. The Holmstad is one of the few select venues on the not-for-profit, all-volunteer Fox Valley Concert Band's holiday concert schedule. The band is committed to supporting the community by providing opportunities for qualified local musicians to grow in musical excellence and by exposing area residents to the best in the concert band repertoire.
