Learn which wine “cools” spicy foods or compliments enjoy salty foods. What about lettuce???? This is a fun way to use the senses and experience the interrelationship of basic tastes of sweet, sour, salt and bitter with wine. This course allows the opportunity to get specific on matching certain foods and menus to the right wine or range of wines. Learn different wines to select with the same dishor with a different sauce. Focus will be on certain dishes and particular sauces, as well as selecting the right wines for each course of a multiple course meal. Participants will emerge confident intheir ability to tackle most menu situations. This is a highly interactive class. Participants willsample five wines at each session.
