Description
Celebrate the flavors of fall with an afternoon of pies, tarts, and all things pastry! In this hands-on baking class, you'll learn the techniques behind three classic fall desserts, from flaky pie dough to rich seasonal fillings and beautiful pastry finishes. You'll work together to create each dessert and learn techniques you can easily recreate at home.

You'll learn:
- How to make flaky pie dough from scratch
- Rolling, shaping, and working with pastry dough
- Preparing classic apple and sweet potato fillings
- How to make and shape individual hand pies
- Creating a simple maple glaze
- Preparing a classic pear almond tart
- Tips for working with seasonal fruit and baking beautiful fall desserts
