Description
This program will help you understand posture and positioning for home and work. Does you back or neck seem to hurt more when working on you laptop or typing a report at work? Do you have "weird" sensations in your neck, arm or hand after being at work all day? Learn how to correct you posture in in sitting and standing independently and the importance of proper posturing during your workday. LEARN: 1. How assess you home and office workstations for proper chair, desk and computer positioning. 2. Ideas how to correct or modify your workstations. 3. What successful home treatment looks like.
