Domo Arigato Gozaimasu is a phrase used extensively in all customer and merchant transactions in Japan. It means a very sincere "Thank You" and shows respect for both the customer and the merchant. In America the customer is always right and often gets more respect than the merchant.
This conversations invites the community to come and talk with the Chamber's Executive Director and Board about the state of relationships between merchants and customers in Batavia and the Fox Valley.
