Join Karen in exploring your chakras and chakra energy. In this interactive session, we will discuss what chakras are, where they are located, and how they affect our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
We will further explore thoughts, insights, and reflections about your chakras. Come prepared with an open mind and a willingness to share and interact.
Expect to leave this 90-minute session with chakra awareness and ideas for identifying where you may feel balanced or where you may want to spend some time working towards balance and peace.
