Batavia Green Walk

Description

The Green Walk will take place on a new day and time on Saturday, June 15 from 10am to 4pm at the Riverwalk and across the pedestrian bridge to the Farmers' Market on River Street. The Green Walk features vendors, local organization and individuals at the Riverwalk who raise awareness on green initiatives, physical fitness and healthy living. Attendees will enjoy food, live music, demonstrations, educational activities and even kayaks and paddle boats. The 2013 Green Walk showcases the Batavia Farmers' Market in its brand new location on the newly streetscaped River Street. Batavia MainStreet is partnering with the City of Batavia, the Batavia Environmental Commission and the Batavia Park District to present the best Green Walk ever!
