Island Ave Batavia, IL 60510 The Albright Theatre is located on the 3rd floor of the governmentbuilding. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Callbacks are optional andmay be held on Tuesday, October 16 at 7:30 pm (by invitation only). THERE MAY BE A FEW NUTS HERE AND THERE. As a family gathers for the holidays, Mom wants to have a normal dinner, “just this once”. But with a teenage daughter being very “teenage-y”, a younger daughter prepared (literally) forcombat, a newly married-into-the family man getting lost in the backyard, and a great aunt whose wild stories get wilder by the minute, a “normal dinner” just isn’t in the cards. Casting 4 Men (ages 18-55), 5 Women (ages 20-80), 6 Boys (ages 8-11) and 4 Girls (ages 8-16) Character Descriptions: Jim McKinnon – All-American Dad, likes football, husband of Laurie McKinnon (mid 40s-mid 50s) Laurie McKinnon – Loving wife and mother, overcome by holiday preparations, wife of Jim McKinnon(mid 40s-mid 50s) Scott McKinnon – Jim and Laurie's son, serving overseas in the military (18-21) Kelsey McKinnon – Jim and Laurie's oldest daughter, typical teen who is "so over this family" (14-16) Emma McKinnon – Jim and Laurie's youngest daughter, hero-worships her brother (8-11) Bev Swanson – Great Aunt, talks to anyone who will listen, including herself (50s-80s) Karinn Dodson – Laurie's sister, flighty and artistic, newly married, pregnant (mid 20s-early 30s) David Dodson – Karinn's husband, new to the family, no sense of direction whatsoever (30s) Patrick McKinnon – Jim's brother, husband of Edie, good natured and inhumanely patient (mid 40s-mid 50s) Edie McKinnon – Patrick's wife, overprotective of her children (40s-mid 50s) Charity McKinnon – Daughter of Patrick and Edie, same age as Kelsey, pretentious (14-16) Patrick McKinnon,Jr – Son of Patrick and Edie, same age as Emma, wants to run and play but is hindered by his overprotective mother (8-11) Luke McKinnon – Son of Patrick and Edie, bookworm, quiet (8-11) Matthew, Mark, and Michael McKinnon – Triplet sons of Patrick and Edie, troublemakers who can become angels at a moment's notice (all 7-9) Christine Carter – Next door neighbor, perpetually distracted by her Blackberry (mid 30s-mid 40s) Olive Carter – Christine's oldest daughter, ridiculouslyprecocious, boy-crazy (10-12) Ripley Carter – Christine's son, ridiculously precocious (8-10) Francie Carter – Christine's youngest daugther, ridiculously precocious (7-9) Performance dates for "The Family Fruitcake" are December 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, & 16. Fridays at 7:30 pm, Saturdays at 2:30pm & 7:30pm and Sundays at 2:30pm. Rated PG.
